Katherine Nelson is a state of Alaska licensed massage therapist  (professional license #115588, NPI# 1952910861) certified by ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals), the largest massage therapy association in the country.  She is also an E- RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Instructor and holds certifications in Pilates as well as Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction through AFAA/NASM.  Katherine began bodywork training in 2004 by taking a variety of workshops to help with hands on adjustments when teaching yoga classes, and in 2007 trained under Pheobe Diftler in Thai Massage at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California.   She continued her studies in Canada learning a variety of Ayurveda detox modalities then went on to attend Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in southern California to learn Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Tui Na massage techniques.  Katherine graduated April 2016.
